Terms of Use — BidBes

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of bidbes.com and the services connected to it (Auction, Relax, Content Engine, AI Chatbot, ISI Article Maker, QR Code Generator, PDF Tools, NEXUS, TrendPulse Live, SPORTLY, TuneAtlas, Downloder). Each service may carry additional service-specific terms on its own /about and /terms pages, which apply on top of this document.
2. The service & accounts
- Every BidBes service is provided free of charge. Features may evolve, and individual services may be added or retired.
- A single BidBes SSO identity grants access across the ecosystem. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person may maintain one primary identity; abuse of the account system (mass registration, credential trading) is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the services lawfully. Do not upload, generate or distribute illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content anywhere in the ecosystem.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively or reverse-engineer the platform, its APIs or other users' data.
- Rate limits are part of the service; circumvention is a violation.
4. User content
- You retain ownership of content you upload (posts, ads, playlists, manuscripts, files) and grant BidBes a non-exclusive license to host, store and display it within the relevant service.
- You must hold the rights to everything you upload. Reported infringements are removed.
5. AI-generated output
- AI features (AI Chatbot, ISI Article Maker, Content Engine, SPORTLY previews, TrendPulse explanations, NEXUS agents) produce automated output that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify anything critical.
- You are responsible for how you use AI output, including journal, platform and legal compliance.
6. Marketplace specifics (Auction)
BidBes provides the venue; sales contracts are between users. Sellers must be truthful and lawful; buyers honor bids. Prohibited items and shill bidding are banned — see Auction's terms for details.
7. Downloads & third-party platforms (Downloder, TuneAtlas)
Media tools are for personal use. You are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of source platforms. BidBes does not host third-party copyrighted media beyond transient processing.
8. Privacy
Accounts run on a shared identity store (email, hashed passwords, profile data). Client-side tools (PDF Tools, QR Code Generator) never transmit your files or payloads to servers. Server-side features process only what the feature requires. Contact via Telegram for privacy requests.
9. No warranty & limitation of liability
All services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidBes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the services.
