1. Acceptance
By posting, bidding or transacting on BidBes Auction you agree to these terms. The marketplace is operated by BidBes as part of the BidBes ecosystem.
2. Marketplace roles & responsibilities
- Sellers must describe items truthfully, own or be authorized to sell them, and honor winning bids and orders. Shill bidding (bidding on your own items) is prohibited.
- Buyers must honor placed bids. A winning bid is a commitment to purchase at the final price.
- BidBes provides the venue and tooling; the sales contract is between seller and buyer.
3. Prohibited items & conduct
- Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, endangered-species products and anything illegal in Iran or the buyer's/seller's jurisdiction.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, spam listings, off-platform payment scams and impersonation.
- Do not scrape, spam the messaging system or manipulate auctions.
Violations lead to ad removal, wallet holds or account suspension.
4. Payments & wallet
- Wallet balances are prepaid credits used for orders and settlements within the platform.
- Refund and dispute handling follows the order flow in the app; contact support via Telegram for unresolved disputes.
5. Content license
By uploading photos, videos and descriptions you grant BidBes a non-exclusive license to host and display them as part of your listing. You must hold the rights to the media you upload.
6. No warranty, changes & contact
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. BidBes is not a party to transactions and is not liable for item quality, delivery or damages arising from deals between users. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: Telegram @bidbes.
