1. Introduction

BidBes ("we", "us", "our") is a free digital services ecosystem operating at bidbes.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using any BidBes service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all services reachable under bidbes.com and their sub-paths (for example /auction/, /relax/, /ai-chatbot/). Some services may publish additional service-specific notices; where they conflict, the more specific notice applies. This policy does not cover third-party websites or platforms that our services link to.

3. Data we collect

3.1 Account and identity data

• Email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Profile information you choose to provide: display name, username, avatar image, bio, preferences.
• Authentication tokens (JWT) issued for single sign-on across the ecosystem.

3.2 User content

• Content you create or upload on a service: marketplace listings and bids, posts, comments, messages, playlists, manuscripts, files and notes.
• Metadata such as timestamps, edit history and visibility settings.

3.3 Usage and technical data

• IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, device and operating system, language.
• Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps and session duration.
• Server and application logs, error reports and performance metrics.
• Referral source and basic analytics collected via Google Analytics (measurement ID G-W2LVXTKK17).

3.4 Cookies and local storage

• Essential cookies and local storage entries required for authentication, session continuity, theme and language preferences.
• Analytics cookies used by Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage.
• You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

3.5 Data we do not collect

• We do not collect payment card or billing data — all services are free.
• PDF Tools and QR Code Generator run entirely in your browser; files and payloads you process there are never uploaded to our servers.

4. How we use your data

• To provide, operate and maintain the services and your account.
• To authenticate you and enable single sign-on across the ecosystem.
• To host, store and display your content within the relevant service.
• To personalize your experience and remember your preferences.
• To generate AI-assisted output (articles, chat replies, previews, trends) using the content and prompts you submit.
• To send service-related notices, security alerts and updates.
• To detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud, spam and security incidents.
• To monitor performance, fix bugs and improve features using aggregated analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you requested), your consent (where required, for example for analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing and third parties

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We share data with infrastructure and hosting providers that operate our servers and databases, under confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
• We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement; Google processes data according to its own privacy policy.
• When you contact us via Telegram or Instagram, those platforms process your message under their policies.
• We may disclose data when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, safety and security of BidBes, our users or the public.
• In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided where required.

7. AI features and your content

AI features (AI Chatbot, ISI Article Maker, Content Engine, SPORTLY previews, TrendPulse explanations) process the text and prompts you submit in order to generate output. Submitted content may be sent to AI model providers for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial or confidential information to AI features. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use it.

8. Server-side media processing

Downloder and TuneAtlas process media links server-side to fetch and convert content. Processing is transient and tied to your request. We do not host third-party copyrighted media beyond transient processing, and you are responsible for complying with copyright law and source platform terms.

9. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. Usage logs and analytics are retained for a limited period for security and improvement. When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to obtain a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 12. Children's privacy

BidBes is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in different countries. By using the services you consent to such transfers, which we protect with appropriate safeguards where required.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
