1. Acceptance
By using TrendPulse Live you agree to these terms. The service is provided by BidBes free of charge as part of the BidBes ecosystem.
2. Data source & accuracy
- Trend data is derived from public Google Trends feeds and third-party news sources; BidBes does not own or guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability.
- AI explanations are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect — treat them as context, not verified fact.
- Trending topics may include sensitive subjects; displayed rankings are not editorial endorsements.
3. Fair use
- The public API is offered at reasonable request rates; do not hammer, scrape abusively or resell raw feed access.
- Attribution when republishing trend insights is appreciated: "via TrendPulse Live (bidbes.com)".
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. BidBes is not liable for decisions made in reliance on trend data, AI explanations or service interruptions.
