1. Acceptance
By using Music Atlas you agree to these terms. The service is provided by BidBes free of charge as part of the BidBes ecosystem.
2. Music content & rights
- All tracks, artwork and audio are delivered via the public music platform and remain the property of their creators, labels and licensors.
- Music Atlas is a discovery and playback interface — it does not host, store or sell music. Playback availability depends on third-party streaming APIs and rights settings.
- Personal listening is the intended use. Do not record, redistribute, resell or publicly perform streams, and respect the rights of creators.
3. Playlists & accounts
- Personal playlists are stored under your BidBes SSO identity; you are responsible for their content.
- Do not abuse import features to mass-scrape or resell catalog data.
4. Fair use
Streaming endpoints are rate-limited; do not hammer, automate abusive request volumes or bypass stream restrictions.
5. No warranty, changes & contact
