1. Acceptance
By using Downloder you agree to these terms. The service is provided by BidBes free of charge as part of the BidBes ecosystem.
2. Copyright & acceptable use
- Download only content you own, that is public domain or openly licensed, or that you have explicit permission to download.
- The service is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly share downloaded copyrighted material.
- You — not BidBes — are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of service of each source platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, SoundCloud, Spotify, Aparat).
- Do not use the service to bypass paywalls or DRM for piracy, or to download private, leaked or illegal material.
3. Storage & privacy
- Submitted URLs are processed server-side to resolve and fetch media; finished files sit in a temporary store served back as direct links and are pruned automatically.
- Do not submit links that contain personal or confidential information you would not want processed by a server.
4. Fair use
Download jobs are limited by concurrency and timeout settings; do not attempt to evade limits, queue abuse or bulk-scrape entire platforms.
5. No warranty, changes & contact
