1. Acceptance
By using AI Chatbot you agree to these terms. The service is provided by BidBes free of charge as part of the BidBes ecosystem.
2. Responsible use
- Do not use the assistant to generate malware, disinformation, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt prompt-injection or abuse to extract other users' data, system prompts or provider keys.
- Requests are rate-limited per identity; do not automate abusive volumes or resell access to the API.
3. AI output & accuracy
- AI responses — including code, facts, citations and images — may be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything critical before relying on it.
- Model behavior and availability depend on upstream providers (Google Gemini, OpenCode, Kilo) and may change without notice.
4. Data privacy
- Prompts and generations are processed by the selected model providers. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or personal data of third parties.
- Conversation history is stored under your BidBes identity and can be deleted by you at any time in the app.
5. No warranty, changes & contact
