1. Acceptance
By creating a NEXUS account or using the service you agree to these terms. NEXUS is provided by BidBes free of charge as part of the BidBes ecosystem and shares the central SSO identity.
2. Community rules
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing or targeted abuse of other players.
- No spam, scam links, account selling, cheating services or malware distribution.
- No sexually explicit, shock or illegal content in posts, avatars or media.
- Keep LFG listings honest — no paid boosting offers or fake tournaments.
Violations can lead to post removal, chat bans or account suspension.
3. Content ownership
- You keep ownership of the posts and media you upload, and grant BidBes a non-exclusive license to host and display them within the service.
- AI-generated spotlights summarize public data from Roblox and YouTube; game names and media belong to their respective creators and platforms.
4. Fair use
Do not scrape abusively, automate posting outside the official apps, or attempt to disrupt chat and real-time services.
5. No warranty, changes & contact
